Tell us what we got wrong
Corrections are the most useful message we get. Lobbies change, offer types get rewritten, and we would rather hear it from a reader than find out six weeks later.
Before you write
One thing to get out of the way, because it saves everybody time: Stakes and Spades is a comparison site with no connection to the casinos it reviews. We cannot see your account, unlock it, chase a balance, look at a bonus that didn't credit, or intervene in anything that happened while you were playing. None of that is stubbornness — we simply have no access and no standing.
For anything to do with an account, contact that operator's own support team first; every site on our shortlist runs live chat and a help centre. If they cannot resolve it, licensed operators in Britain must give you access to a free alternative dispute resolution service, and the Gambling Commission can tell you which one applies to them.
What we can help with
A factual error on a page. A criterion you think we have weighted badly. A question about how a score was reached. An operator asking to be considered for review, or an existing one flagging that something in their lobby has changed. Press and partnership enquiries.

We read everything and reply to most things within a few working days. Please don't send account numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents — we have no use for them and no reason to hold them.
Who to contact instead
Three things that belong elsewhere
- Anything about your casino account — the operator's own support team. They hold the account; we hold an opinion about their game library.
- A complaint a site won't resolve — the free alternative dispute resolution provider named in that operator's terms, then the Gambling Commission if the licence itself looks like the problem.
- Support with gambling itself — GamCare on 0808 8020 133, free and open around the clock, or GAMSTOP if you want to block yourself from every licensed British site at once.
